Catherine has a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Learning Design from San Diego State University, CA. She has a passion in designing instructional materials for parenting training. She often teaches parenting workshops and classes at local churches and communities.
She has more than 20 years of experience in children and family ministries, about 30 years in student services for higher education. She is a certified Parent Coach of the National Center for Biblical Parenting, and a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. She is also a co-founder of the Focus on the Heart Family Ministry.
Catherine is committed in helping parents to reach their children’s heart, improve relationship, and use positive discipline strategies to develop characters and life skills, preparing children to be responsible and independent adults, and building a God-centered family.
Catherine lives in Seattle area, WA. She provides one-on-one parent coaching in person, online or phone. She loves to work with families with children ages 2-18. She speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
