Shirley received her Master of Divinity from Christian Witness Theological Seminary in California, and Doctor of Ministry from China Evangelical Seminary in Taiwan with a focus on Pastoral Counseling. She has over 20 years of experiences in church and family ministry. She is a certified Parent Coach of the National Center for Biblical Parenting, and a certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. She is also a co-founder of the Focus on the Heart Family Ministry.
Parenting is a “heart” work, it’s also a hard work and a faith journey. Shirley has a passion to help parents learn about the heart-based parenting approach, provide strategies and action plans to develop their children’s character qualities and self-motivation. Her mission is to help families building relationship and grow in the life of Jesus Christ. Shirley is a step mom of 3 teenage boys.
Shirley coaches parents in person in greater Seattle, WA or on the phone. She loves to work with stepfamilies and traditional families, school age and preschool children. She speaks English and Mandarin.

她的負擔及熱忱是以聖經為基礎裝備父母，提供親職方法，建立以「心」為本的策略，建立孩子的品格及自我激勵。她的使命是致力幫助父母建立家人的關係，以及在基督裡成長。她有三位青少年繼子。
她在西雅圖地區以一對一做親職教練。她有熱忱的心幫助有學前及在學子女的重組家庭及傳統家庭。她會講英語和普通話。
